1. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent that you meet the following minimum age requirements:

If you are a parent or guardian permitting a minor (aged 13 or older) to use the Service, you agree to take full responsibility for the minor's use of the Service, including all legal liability and costs that may arise.

2. Accounts and Authentication

To access features like persistent game data, you may log in using third-party providers (Google, Apple, Passkeys).

• Your Account: You are responsible for keeping your device and login credentials secure.
• Access: We reserve the right to suspend access to our Service if we detect violations of these Terms.

3. Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

To keep LoLo.gg a safe and fair environment, you agree NOT to:

• A. Manipulation and Cheating: Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the game client or server to alter scores, game functions, or unlockables.
• B. Disruption: Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to burden our servers or interfere with other users' experience.
• C. Impersonation & Privacy: Impersonate any person or entity, or attempt to gather private, personal information about other users.
• D. Trading: Sell, transfer, or exchange your Unique User Identifier or in-game unlockables for real-world currency or value without our express written permission.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

If the Service allows you to submit or upload comments, messages, images, data, or other materials ("UGC"):

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your UGC. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload it and that your UGC does not violate any law or infringe on the rights of any third party.
• License to Us: By submitting UGC, you grant LoLo.gg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that UGC in connection with the Service.
• Monitoring: We are not responsible for UGC, but we reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any UGC that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Multiplayer and Community Conduct

If you access any multiplayer or social features:

• Fair Play: You must abide by principles of fair play and must not exploit glitches, lag, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Respectful Communication: You must not transmit any communication or content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable. We reserve the right to ban or suspend players who violate this rule.

6. Technical Services and Data

We provide various technical features to enhance your experience (e.g., saving progress, personalized settings).

• No Guarantee of Persistence: We strive to keep your data safe, but we cannot guarantee that any stored data (including progress, high scores, or settings) will be preserved indefinitely.
• Data Loss: We are not liable for any loss of data, progress, or settings resulting from technical errors, server outages, or synchronization conflicts. Your reliance on our Service to store data is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (games, artwork, code, and text) are the property of LoLo.gg and its developer. You may not copy or use our trademarks or assets without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")
